I understand the $250 registration fee will be billed for one child upon first-time enrollment. OCA will contact me when space is available.

I understand that cash is not accepted. All payments will be made by ACH electronic withdrawal (0.6% processing fee: minimum of $0.25, maximum of $2), or by debit or credit card (with a $25.00 additional processing fee).

I understand OCA offers a 20% sibling discount for each additional sibling enrolled.

I understand that lunch and snacks must be provided daily by parents. No soda is allowed.

I understand that two weeks notice is required to withdraw my child. Billing continues regardless of absence.
